1Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ace465, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an ace465 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting with lawful funds and not for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

ace465 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or mobile financial service account confirmation. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2Account Management

Each registered player may hold only one active ace465 account. ace465 uses automated systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace465 reserves the right to:

• Merge accounts and retain only the first registered account.
• Void any bonuses or promotional winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Withhold any balance pending investigation into the duplication.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace465 support immediately at [email protected]. ace465 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a valid report, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

ace465 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the ace465 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction from a fully verified account.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ace465 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Transaction fees: ace465 does not charge fees on standard mobile wallet transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside ace465's control.

Deposits made to ace465 are intended for use on the platform only. ace465 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where it suspects the deposit was made in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification. ace465 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation, dispute, or verification process. ace465 will communicate the reason for any hold within 3 business days of the hold being placed.

4Bonuses and Promotions

ace465 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• ace465 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already opted in are respected to the extent of the terms at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing risk-free bets on all sides of an outcome using bonus funds — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on games or markets that are specifically excluded from bonus eligibility as stated in the individual promotion terms.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ace465 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where ace465 expressly offers a cash-out facility for that market.
• ace465 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placing.

6Casino and Game Rules

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering with false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal player behaviour.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players on live poker or other competitive table games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the ace465 platform, software, or content.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ace465 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the property of ace465 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace465 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other right or licence is granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ace465 platform without prior written consent from ace465.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace465 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the ace465 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Interruption or suspension of services for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.

ace465 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ace465 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ace465 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ace465 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform servers.

ace465 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

12Amendments and Governing Law

ace465 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible at ace465.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of ace465 as an internationally operated platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ace465 dispute resolution process may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body as notified by ace465 from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
